Shipping policy

The Godolphin Online Store is an initiative of Godolphin, LLC (December 2019). Godolphin Online Store will ship products both domestically within the United Kingdom and internationally at the cost of the customer.

Godolphin Online Store will ship orders within the UK by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service. Godolphin Online Store will ship to EU countries and the Rest of The World on a tracked shipping service. Price will vary according to the region. Transit time will differ from country to country. Most orders are guaranteed to ship within two business days however there are exceptions to this on a product by product basis, please check the details on the Online Store. Business days are Monday-Friday.

UK Tracked shipping

A tracked service for orders within the UK is included as standard. Orders will be sent on the Royal Mail 48HR Tracked Service. Tracking details will be provided once an order has been received into the Royal Mail system (not necessarily the despatch date).

Tracked International shipping

A tracked service for orders within the EU and rest of the world is included as standard. Orders within the EU and to the rest of the world will be sent by nominated courier and tracking details will be provided once the order has despatched.

Please note that for orders outside the EU these will be sent DDU (or DAP), therefore the buyer (receiver) is responsible for all the duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

For orders within the EU that are over 150 Euros (including shipping costs) these will also be subject to duties, taxes and clearance fees.

Please note that we use an international courier service who normally deliver within 3-5 working days. However please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to Europe, and the rest of the world, as delays may be incurred due to customs clearance. 

Please note we do not ship to all of Africa and South America, Afghanistan, Haiti, North Korea, Russia and Ukraine.
